HUBLOT ICC WORLD TWENTY20 CONTEST STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility  

  

The Competition is open only to the residents of India. Only one Entry per person/Facebook profile is allowed. Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, the Competition is open to persons of any age. We assume that by entering into the Competition, the parents or guardians of any under-18 entrant have consented to that person's entry into the Competition and these Rules. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity and if aged under 18, should be able to demonstrate that their parent/ guardian have given their consent to such entry. You must send in your entries between the Opening Date and the Closing Date to be eligible for participation in the contest. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. The organiser will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. We’ll not be responsible for entries that are sent but not received for any reason.

The Prizes 

   

All winners will be notified by the form/method of contact they provided when they initially entered the contest. The Prize-winner will have 2 days from receipt of the Prize Notification to claim their Prize. If the Prize-winner has not claimed their Prize within this period, the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative Prize-winner in accordance with the Standard Terms. Winners are not eligible to participate in the upcoming contests during ICC World T20 i.e. one participant can win tickets to one match only. The tickets shall be mailed to the winners through courier within 24 hours of announcement of the result. The organiser, however, shall not take any responsibility for delay or non-delivery of the tickets. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason, the authority reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Participants/Winners shall not, while using the tickets, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of the players/participating countries/brands.

Disqualification  



By taking part in this Competition you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Contest T&C as amended from time to time. The organizer reserve the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Competition as a result of this Rule.





In the event that a Prize-winner is disqualified from the Competition, the organiser will select an alternative Prizewinner from amongst the entries (preferably runner-up) as the original Prize-winner and such selection will be subject to the Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Competition, or any other matter relating to a Competition, the decision of the organiser shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made.

IPR and data protection clause 







The organiser may use the participants/winners’ entries/inputs/data (whether or not it wins the Competition) for any promotional purpose. The participants must ensure that their entries are original and they have the right to license the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Entry for the purposes referred to in these Rules. The participants will retain the ownership of copyright in their entries but will give their irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, copy, amend, store, sell and sub-license their entries for such promotional purposes and for the purposes of the Competition. The authority may use any personal information that they provide for the purposes of the Competition and it’s understood that they have given their consent for marketing purposes including the distribution of regular email updates or newsletters. Any personal information related to participants will be used solely by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The organiser may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to you of any kind. All Prize-winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any prize) to: (a) the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves and disclosure of their citizenship and (b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-Competition publicity.

Liability We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or disappointment of any kind suffered by any participant, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize or injury/death/loss to the winners in the event of any mishappenings in and around the stadium. Selfie Contest  One participant is eligible to post only one selfie during the entire contest.  Both individual and group selfies are admissible for the contest.  In case of a group selfie, if multiple persons post the same photo, the person posting it first will be considered the owner of the picture.  Disrespectful, culturally insensitive or humiliating pictures will not be accepted and will be eliminated without prior notice.  The last date to participate the Selfie Contest is 28th March, 2016

Thoku-The character Thoku is a fictional character created by Gauge Advertising & Marketing Private Limited. The character has been created to generate excitement around the World Cup T-20 2016 Series. The key attribute of the character is that he is a great batsman who the competition is terrified of. It bears no resemblance to any person, place or thing and is the sole property of Gauge Advertising & Marketing Private Limited. The Organisers reserve the right to change any of these Terms & Conditions as and when required. On matters which are not covered under these Terms & Conditions, and on matter related to the selection of winners, the decision of The Organisers shall be final and non-negotiable.
