Your responsibilities:      

You will be put in a station in the kitchen as Demi chef de Cuisine During the absence of the chef of your station you will assume his duties You will instruct the kitchen assistants, the commis and the apprentices You assist the chef of the station thus deepen your knowledge You will be fully involved into the working processes of the kitchen and together with the apprentices and the commis you constitute the foundation of the station You will be responsible for the Mise En Place, for the à la Carte business, as well as the banquet area
