Wherever you’re headed, creating rock star ideas, setting goals and following that path to reach what you desire is wonder-full and courageous! So, let’s hunker down and take a look inside! There is no right way or wrong way to use this worksheet. The most important thing is finding inspiration to move towards your goals. You can use this worksheet for personal things: relationships, achieving optimal health, traveling the world or finally getting around to writing the book you’ve always wanted! This worksheet can also be used for business goals. I’ve used it for everything from hiring new employees to getting a book contract. It is an all-purpose tool!

The Zen Ten

Intuitive Insight into your inner inventory starts by way of the list! Introducing: The Zen Ten! This is an interactive meditation beginning with getting down on paper 10 things you would like to see happen in your life in 2017. This could be anything from running a 5k to finding more time for yourself. Throughout this worksheet, you’ll be writing down ideas, priming the muscle of your brain. I invite you first to use the Zen Ten for the New Year and then to incorporate it into daily life. Write out a list of any 10 Things every day to get the creative centers of your brain flowing! These lists can be about anything: 10 Career Ideas! 10 Places to Travel! 10 Things to Google! 10 Hobbies to Explore! Bring your mind to focused, list-making meditation, opening yourself to the habit of being a fountain of ideas.

Clear the Clogs

Everything in life from what we eat to what we say and do will either cleanse or clog us. If I eat an apple will it cleanse or clog me? *Cleanse* Listening to my friend complain for an hour about the same things she has always complained about, will it cleanse or clog me? *Clog* If I go back for a 3rd cup of coffee, will it cleanse or… (maybe we shouldn’t go there.) You get the idea! Inevitably, there are things in our lives that are clogs. By eliminating 8 out of 10 clogs, we can drastically increase our wellbeing. What is still hanging around from last year that you do not want to clog up 2017? Write down as many clogs as you can think of in each area of your life.

Non-Negotiables = Self Care

When you’re busy, it’s easy to forget (or put off) taking care of yourself. Selfcare is of utmost importance. If you’re not taking proper care of yourself, how can you care for others? Life is this simple. It isn’t about being selfish. These are necessary things you can indulge in without guilt. These are the gifts we are committed to giving ourselves like a bubble bath, reading a book, or going to yoga. Write each of your non-negotiables in a circle. Even add more circles! Once you’ve picked a couple, make a commitment to yourself to do at least one per week.
