Q&A Ignite Your Life Coaching Learn about Ignite Your Life coaching programs. Can a coach really help me? Even if I’m happy with my health? Sure! Coaching will help support you by creating clarity and new thinking that can help you set goals and achieve them — no matter where you are today.

What is the difference between one-on-one coaching and group coaching? • Group coaching programs — available on the Ignite Your Life Coaching tile at calltohealth.org — are educational in nature and include tips and advice on a wide range of topics. They offer both live and recorded webinars to fit unpredictable and busy schedules. • One-to-one coaching is customized to you, and follows the belief that everyone is capable, creative, and able to build their own solutions. The role of a coach is to support you in making your own decisions — not tell you what to do. To get the most out of coaching, you must be willing to create change or improve some aspect of your life.

What kinds of topics do coaches address? • One-on-one coaching is driven by you — so a coach can help support whatever forward movement you’d like to create. It could be weight loss, smoking cessation, improved relationships, better nutrition, or any other area. A coach’s job is to ask you questions so you can explore your own thinking about what is important to you. • Group coaching is structured around specific topics, which are available on the Ignite Your Life Coaching tile at calltohealth.org.

Can a coach help me get rid of my stress? Yes! No matter what, life will present some stressful situations at times. Working with an Ignite Your Life coach, you and your coach together can come up with ways to help you become more resilient and minimize the effects of stress.

How often can I participate in group coaching programs? T here’s no limit! You may participate — and earn points for your efforts — as often as you like.

How frequently can I have one-on-one coaching calls? You may schedule your calls as often as once a week.

What do I need to do to complete one-on-one or group coaching programs and earn points? You must complete six sessions of either type (one-on-one or group) and submit a survey after each session.

In group coaching, what if I can’t make it to a live webinar session? Don’t worry! All participants registered for a webinar automatically receive a follow-up email about an hour after the live webinar ends. This email contains a link to the recorded webinar as well as a link to the required survey.

What if I’m late signing up for a group coaching webinar and it’s already a week or more in? You will be emailed the previously recorded webinars, with links to each survey, so you can easily catch up.

When will I get my points? ou can expect to receive your points on calltohealth.org two Y weeks after completing the final survey.

Who should I contact if I did not get my points? If two weeks have passed since you completed your final survey, and you have not received your points, please contact coaching@ adurolife.com.

Is there a cost for coaching programs? No! Coaching is at no cost to you as a part of Call to Health.
