Regular hours return on Saturday, September 1, 2017. All branches are available. Some branches may have a limited staff and reduced services but will do the best to assist your immediate needs. We can offer emergency loan services to help members impacted by the floods (credit criteria applies): Free Extensions on Consumer Loans (excluding mortgages, home equities, and credit cards) Flexible Terms on New Consumer Loans to Meet Specific Needs As a reminder, credit & debit cards remain available and cash access is available at all Texas Bay ATM locations and through the All Point ATM Network as long as there are no communication outages.
