Welcome to Loveweek Festival 2016! We’ve put together this information sheet with all details you will need to have a fun and safe festi-val. We will have an info point at Deep Club @ Zrcé Beach so if you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to contact us or ask a member of staff there. FESTIVAL WRISTBANDS
At the check in you will get your festival and boat party wristbands. Please bring your ticket and also your identity card or passport. The wristbands can only be awarded if you have both docu-ments.
6.
APARTMENT CHECK-IN
The apartment check in is ever so simple. Head to the check in point at Hostel Moon Rocks and bring the following things with you:
• E-Ticket or voucher • Passport copies of all apartment guests • 30€ or 200kn deposit per guest (refund at check out)
Generally you can move into your apartment between 13:00 and 16:00 CET. You will brought to your apartment by our team. Please note there will be no check in after 23:00 CET unless previous-ly arranged! If you are arriving outside of these check in times please email

APARTMENT CHECK-IN
If you have booked privately or through any other method (Festicket, zrcé.eu or JAM Tours) we’d recommend confirming the exact check in method with the apartment owner before arriving in Croatia. Ensure you have the following information:
• Contact details of the owner / agency • A pre-arranged check in time and location • Full address of your accommodation • Booking confirmation • A method to reach your accommodation
7.
FESTIVAL SHUTTLE
You reach the festival area, the Zrcé beach, most easily with shuttle busses. All buses run 24 hours a day (every 15 minutes) in the Loveweek week. Festival shuttle wristbands will be able to pick up at our check in for 35€. You will not be able to purchase these on the bus but there will be one way tickets available. We recommend a festival shuttle bus ticket to get to the festival area Zrcé and back fast and without problems.

BOAT PARTIES / LOVESHIP
Boarding 16:30 CET - DEPARTURE 17:00 CET At Novalja HARBOUR Please note that these times are set so that you can board the boat safely in time for the departure time. You are not able to bring any liquids on to the boat. Maybe you will be searched by the boat staff for alcohol before boarding. You will be informed about the bathing break by the boat team. Before and after the break, jumping in to the sea is strictly forbidden!

Homebase & After Beach Partys
The famous pool parties will take place at Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso and Noa, each day between 16:00 and 20:00 CET. For those who prefer to relax in the afternoon instead of partying, we provide a home base, the Deep Club @ Zrcé beach, with finest Loveweek deephouse music. Moreover we provide there numerous loungers, FREE WIFI, beer pong tables and many more for you. In addition all Loveweek guests get a special happy hour drink deal (pay 1 get 2) between 14:00 and 17:00 CET for Becks beer, jumbo cocktails, Finlandia Shots, Jack Daniels and many more. Over there you can relax, lie around in the sun and enjoy your time with other Loveweek guests. Be careful with drinking in the sun for long periods and please be sure to drink plenty of water.

FAQ
What if I feel ill or need medical attention? There are medics available on Zrcé Beach so look for those or see any member of staff and just ask for them. There is also a medical centre next to Novalja bus station.
What if I lose my wristband? We are unable to replace any wristbands so please look after yours!
Is there WIFI at the festival? We have free WIFI at our homebase, the deep club. In addition there are numerous other places with Wifi-spots. Just look out for the sign around Novalja in their cafes and along the sea front.
HOW DO I PAy? There are numerous cash machines located in Novalja so get enough cash for the night, or store some safely in your accommodation. As for paying on card, this is possible in some of the venues, so the best thing is to ask. We recommend to pay in Kuna always.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY FRIENDS? One tip would be to decide on a meeting place like the deep cloub, should any of you lose each other throughout the night, and then head there. Otherwise the Loveweek people are a friendly bunch; you will certainly get to know some crazy new people! :)
