Infor CRM (Saleslogix) customizations including Menus, Administrative Forms, and Tabs to manage the lists of contacts to upload into HubSpot and to show the corresponding Marketing Results information at the contact level in Infor CRM (Saleslogix).

The Details
1. HubSpot to Infor CRM (formerly “Saleslogix CRM”) Recently created Contacts (Leads) in HubSpot are downloaded into Infor CRM (Saleslogix). The download process is scheduled and the frequency can be determined by the customer. It can be set to run in intervals of minutes, hours, days or weeks. All default fields (Properties) in HubSpot are taken into consideration. All Contacts created or updated since the prior run, including those that are at a pre‐specified Status of the nurturing process, are downloaded into Infor CRM (Saleslogix). The customer determines the Status from the Nurturing Process List. If the Contact exists in Infor CRM (Saleslogix) the Contact Record gets updated.

Infor CRM ‐ HubSpot Integration By Fisher Technology 2. Infor CRM (Saleslogix) to HubSpot Users can select a group of contacts – based on a Contact Group previously created in Infor CRM (Saleslogix) ‐ and upload them into an existing or a new Static List in HubSpot. The upload process occurs on demand, and users can review and approve the Contacts to upload. Users can select an existing List in HubSpot or choose to create a new one. Infor CRM (Saleslogix) Contact updates – based on the pre‐defined matching structure ‐ are automatically sent to HubSpot, without user intervention. This process triggers automatically as a Contact is updated and it has been linked to HubSpot in the past.
Delivery Timeline Typically the final product is delivered within 14 business days after Signature and approval of A Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work and Receipt of Deposit.
NB: This product works with SalesLogix 7.5.x and above for the Windows Client and SalesLogix 8.1 and above for the Web Client.
