The Hotel at Arundel Preserve Friday, November 17 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM & Saturday, November 18 from 8:00 AM – Convention Adjournment Set-up begins at 3:30 PM on Friday. Spaces are not pre-assigned and are first-come, first serve. If you require electricity for a laptop computer or display, it is advisable to bring a power strip and extension cord with you. The deadline for ad space in the Convention Program is 5:00 p.m. on October 27th. Hotel rooms are available for Friday and Saturday night at your own expense at $129 + tax.
