• Measure of Success – Call out focus items for SMEs

• Topics and People Needed – Any known resources by name

• What else do we need to know? – Configuration high level description

• Agenda Topics – Select any that apply

Step 8: Company Company Information • Company Name – Use the end client or BP name if BP is the requester

• Business Unit – use the pull down for the right choice

• Website – Client website

• Segment – Which market segment fits the client

• Objective for this company – If known ... call out the pain point/s which initiated this request

Step 9: Company, Opp. Info Company Reference Opportunity • Account / Company – Use the pull down to bring the name you previously entered

• Opportunity Name – Use the SalesForce Opportunity name

• Close Date, Amount and Stage – Select a date – A valid amount ** Note you must justify a ($0) zero amount in the “Objectives” field – Stage for the opportunity e.g., Proposed Low

• Main Competitors – Name

• Objective for this Opportunity – Qualify any additional information we can use e.g. showcase Hyperconverged -- **justification 2016 Lenovo Internal. All rights reserved.

Step 10: Attendee Attendee • Account • Name/s> – This can be the Business Partner Name and/or a Client Name – Add at least one Lenovo Employee from the Innovation Center who will provide engineering support for this project – Add at least one Client Name and Email address who can respond to a survey request

• Attendee Type – For each name selected, select the correct Attendee Type to match the person Please note that there will be a Pre and Post engagement survey to help us constantly improve. We welcome your honest feedback!
