Pre Assembly Using the Bill of Materials identify and lay out all your kit components confirming that you have all the correct parts and quantity. 1.

Locate the ARB Mounting Bracket (03-522) and Stilts (05-121 ) Qty – 2 .

2. Attach the Stilts to the ARB Bracket with the supplied hardware. The Front Stilt will use the Standard Hex Head Bolt (05-124) with Washers. The Rear Stilt located in the Middle of the ARB Bracket will use the Flat Head Cap Screw (05-123). When attaching the rear stilt you will need the Stilt Spacer (05-122). It has a large Chamfer on one side. The chamfered side should face up to accept the Flat Head Cap Screw 3.

You will use the Bracket with the stilts installed as a template for drilling the mounting holes in the Plastic ABS Tray. The Bracket will cover up the ABS Control valves. Set the bracket in place over the ABS Assembly and mark the holes on the Edge of the Plastic ABS Tray next to the inner Fender and outline where the stilts land on the bottom of the ABS Tray. A Silver Sharpie or paint marker will help the marks stand out on the

4. Next you will need to Drill the holes in the bottom of the tray with a 11/16” bit and the top of the tray with a 7/32” bit.

5.

Remove the front tube from the mounting plate and set the bracket assembly aside for now.

6.

Install the Front stilt into the ABS Tray Using the Rectangular washer (03-528). The Rectangle washer will sit on the tray and the stilt will sandwich the washer and the tray. Insert the Hex Head Bolt (04-124) with the Flat and Locking washers from the bottom of the tray and tighten the stilt to the tray for final assembly.

Compressor Installation

Compressor installation— 7. Locate the ARB mounting hardware and install your ARB Compressor to the Bracket. The inlet filters of your ARB Compressor should be towards the front of the

8. With the compressor securely fastened to the mounting plate you will set the compressor and bracket assembly into place. We recommend starting with the stilts when installing the hardware. It is easier to maneuver the assembly into place once the stilts are attached.

9. Using the 6mm hardware (05-127) attach the Bracket to the ABS Tray. It may be necessary to remove the bolt holding the tray to the inner fender to access the bottom of the bracket hardware. You can use the Handle of a screw driver to help hold the ABS Tray while accessing the 6mm hardware. Once the Hardware is tight you can re-install the inner fender well bolt.

10. Locate one of the 90 Deg Fittings (01-112). Install the Fitting in to the ARB Compressor. Be sure to use thread Sealant on the fitting.

Additional Components For 2015 and Newer Models will require (05-530 Font A/C Bkt, 03-529 Rear A/C Angled Bkt and 05-181 1.5” Split Loom) A/C Brackets— 1.

Loosen up both front and rear OE brackets for the A/C Lines. Be careful when removing the Plastic Push Lock as we will be re using it. With the Brackets loose it will be easier to install the relocation brackets.

2.

Install Rear Bracket first. Use the Supplied 6mm Hardware. Attach the bracket to the AC line first. With the hardware tight attach the relocation bracket to the OE mount and tighten in place.

3. Before installing the front A/C Bracket you will need to bend down the little tab on the bracket. It needs to be bent to replicate the original Line Bracket.

6mm Bolt

4. We recommend re– using the OE push Lock in the OE mounting location and the supplied 6mm on the A/C Line and relocation bracket. Make sure the line is secure after the brackets have been installed. 5. After the brackets have been installed it is important to Cover the A/C Line closest to the Fin’s on the ARB compressor with the 1.5” Split Loom to prevent chaffing and line failure. It may be necessary to use zip ties to hold the split loom in place.

FINAL INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION

5

Congratulations you have now completed the install of your new ARB Mounting Kit for your ADS System. Please preform the following tests. 1. Turn compressor on to pressurize the ADS unit and set your pressure regulator to your factory recommended tire setting. 2. The compressor should stop when the ADS is fully pressurized. When the compressor stops listen and inspect all connections for leaks. 3. If you think you have a leak spray mild soapy water at the fitting and look for bubbles. Let your system sit for two minutes and note the tire pressure and compare it to your starting pressure. If you have had no pressure drop you are good to go.
