Driving a sustainable end to homelessness through collaboration “The one-year transitional agreement for 2013–14 is an important first step towards an integrated and holistic response to homelessness beyond 2014” The Hon. Mark Butler 2013 Given partnership funding has been extended for another year, it is more important than ever to strengthen linkages between Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) and mainstream services.
