MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT, RISK AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES (“IARCS”)

We are currently seeking a qualified person to join our Internal Audit practice as a Manager. Successful candidates for the Manager position must have at least six years’ experience within an internal or external audit function within public accounting and/or the financial service industry, three of which should be at a supervisory level. Applicants must hold a CIA, CFE, CFSA, CBA CPA, or other professional designation recognized by the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: • Managing a portfolio of Advisory clients • Marketing and business development initiatives for potential IARCS and Advisory engagements • Managing a budget for business development and marketing costs allocated to developing new service lines • Provide leadership and direction relative to all phases of Audits including planning, control analysis, testing and reporting • Develop and conduct comprehensive audit programs ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory rules • Development of Enterprise Risk Management framework • Provide training and supervision to staff members involved in IARCS and Advisory engagements • Working with other member firms to develop the IARCS service line • Administrative tasks commensurate with a managerial position, including client and engagement acceptance procedures for IARCS and Advisory engagements, billings and collections for client engagements, management of work-in-progress, etc.
