Developments in Medical Device Security - Patrick Joyce; Global VP of Information Technology & CISO of Medtronic Patrick Joyce is Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Medtronic. He has been with the company since 2005 serving in a variety of senior IT leadership roles. Patrick is responsible for the company’s global strategies, operations and initiatives related to all security functions, including IT/cybersecurity, physical/facility and travel security, identity & access management (IAM) and the product/device security program.

Lessons from the Internet of Things - Jeff Hall; Principal Security Consultant at Optiv Security Jeff Hall is a Principal Security Consultant in Optiv Security’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice and focuses on Payment Card Industry and related security projects. Jeff has over 30 years of technology and compliance experience and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology and a Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor. Jeff also is the writer of the PCI Guru blog - http://pciguru.wordpress.com. Jeff’s presentation will be a discussion of Internet of Things (IoT) and how it threatens other seemingly unrelated technologies and potentially even our lives.

Photographs of InfraGard General Meeting attendees will be taken before and during the meeting potential use by the InfraGard Chapter for the purpose of the promotion of InfraGard memberships and meetings. Individuals may refuse to be photographed and should notify the photographer. Agreeing to be photographed is completely voluntary. Meeting Location Thanks to UnitedHealth Group and Optum, our 2016 facility sponsor. General membership meetings for 2016 will be held at the Optum Headquarters – East auditorium, located at 11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Southeast corner of Crosstown/Highway 62 and Shady Oak Road). All meeting attendees must present a photo ID at the security desk, and wear the InfraGard name badge while on Optum premises.

From the Ramp to the Auditorium 1. The main entrance is on the north east corner of the ramp. 2. Enter on ground level 3. The security desk will be on the left where the name badges will be. 4. An Optum employee will be by the gates to let people in with name tags. 5. Once through the gates, take the first right and go all the way to the end of the hallway. 6. The auditorium will be on the right.
