FAIR is designed to help private equity investors validate fees and incentives charged by underlying managers, saving time and providing an extra layer of comfort. We implement a considered, risk based assessment to track, validate and challenge inaccuracies. Our clients benefit from an ongoing service model that utilizes confidence intervals and variance thresholds to identify outliers and exceptions. Dependent on data availability, we also partner with LPs to rebuild fee models for historical-since inception validation.
