About our panellists: Elizabeth Chu, Head of Investment, IP Global Elizabeth joined IP Global in July 2013, bringing nearly a decade of experience within the property private equity and advisory space with her, spanning a variety of international markets. As Head of Investment for IP Global, Elizabeth is responsible for managing the firm’s investment strategy and team across the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.

Elaine Chow, Executive Director, Euro Asset Management Elaine starting her banking career with Credit Suisse, Sun Hung Kai Financial, Nomura & BNP Paribas. Her involvement in real estate M&A began in 2012, representing the sell side of Waldorf Hotel on a listed Macau gaming company's acquisition. Since then, her experience includes deal origination, structuring financing and marketing of luxury residential.

Debby Davidson, MA Jurisprudence (Oxon), Group Business Development Director – Asia, Equiom Group Asia Debby is responsible for overseeing the organic growth of Equiom in Asia through business development activities and corporate communications. Debby advises clients on corporate structures, exit strategies, succession planning, trusts, cross-border taxation issues and other relevant commercial and private wealth matters who also responsible for overseeing the Group’s compliance and risk management functions in Asia.

Nicola Taylor, Marketing & Communications professional Nicola has worked in law firm business development and marketing in China and Hong Kong for over 16 years, and is currently Asia Pacific Marketing & Communications Manager for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She had over 17 years investing experience from a small property in China to properties around the world. She is a firm believer that it is not your monthly salary that will make you the most money, but what you do with that salary to make it work for you. Date:
