MARKET OPPORTUNITY We are a B2B marketplace type of business, in a market of R$ 100 billion Reais/year. Our customers are Fashion Industry Brands and mul: brands retailers.
THE PROBLEM Brazil is a country of con:nental propor:ons. Travelling through out the country with case goods in the car is some:mes uneﬃcient because the sales costs are too high to reach niche clients outside the main consumer centers.
THE SOLUTION An online B2B pla6orm which connects brands and retailers, where the orders can be done at any :me through the website with much lower costs than the tradi:onal channels. In Brazil there are only 2 exis:ng pla6orms, however we work diﬀerently as we are crea:ng a new culture, and adding value to mainly retailers in order to convert them from leads to customers, through inbound marke:ng, buying products from already known brands.

REVENUE MODEL Our primary customers are fashion industry brands and mul: brand retailers – we make money through sales intermedia:on charging commission on each transac:on completed within our pla6orm.
MARKETING & GROWTH STRATEGIES Today the retailers need to visit trade fairs and millions of websites to discover new brands and even buying from their current preferred brands if not from representa:ves. With our pla6orm it all will be in one place. We will get in front of them by oﬀering support through inbound marke:ng and oﬀering already accredited brands. We will achieve our target growth rates through marke:ng to generate new leads, and a bigger sales team to both ends as such dealing with retailers and brands. The most important and unique channels and methods we will use to ﬁnd and win customers through inbound marke:ng and sales team. We are doing it diﬀerently than others by not expec:ng the customers to ﬁnd us on Internet but oﬀering added value in order to aQract their aQen:on and increase our conversion rate.
