IPHONE & ANDROID PLAYBOOK

CR GO: IPHONE & ANDROID CR Go is CentralReach’s mobile application, and was created to provide on the go staff all the functionality needed to manage appointments and do clinical data collection from a mobile device, online or offline. The app is integrated to CentralReach’s powerful Clinical and Practice Management platform, streamlining workflows for clinical data collection and scheduling to increase staff’s productivity so they can focus on what matters most: the client.

LOGIN SCREEN Use your CentralReach credentials to login to CR Go. Set up a touch ID and a pin code for quick access upon timed lockouts.

When accessing the Schedule module, you will always land on the current date and can swipe up and down to navigate to other dates. The Schedule module can be accessed from the main menu.

SCHEDULE: START & STOP WORK After you start an appointment by tapping Start Work, you can end the appointment by tapping Stop Work. From there, you will be asked if you want to finalize the appointment to collect the client’s signature and service notes.

When you Finalize Appointment, you will be able to view total time worked and edit start and end time for

timesheet tracking and conversion. Additionally, you are able to proceed to collect the client’s signature and enter any additional service notes, which will be included in your timesheet when converting the appointment. Once the appointment is finalized, the appointment status will change in the Schedule module to Appointment Finalized. Finalizing an appointment does not graph nor end any client Session currently in progress.

Enter the client’s name, securely collect the client’s signature and service notes to complete the appointment, which will be included in your timesheet for appointment conversion.

SCHEDULE: APPOINTMENT STATUS Start Work: The appointment has not started. Tapping will begin the appointment and the timesheet time will start. Stop Work: Appears after worked has started and the Start Work has been tapped. Tapping Stop Work will end the appointment and timesheet time will end. Work Completed: Appears after Stop Work is tapped. The work has been completed and the total appointment length has been added to the timesheet. Appointment Finalized: Finalize Appointment is used to collect the client’s signature, edit appt. start & end times and add notes to the appointment. This is regardless if work was ever started (Start Work) or ever ended (Stop Work). Appointment Ended: The appointment is in the past, and can’t be started, regardless if there was an appointment completed or not. Not available yet: Appointment is in the future and not available to start work. Note: if a Session is started from the Schedule Details, the clock won’t start for timesheet purposes. The same if the Session ends in the Sessions module. You must Start Work and Stop Work, or tap Finalize Appointment and enter worked time manually to track appointment length for your timesheet.

ReachMe

Through ReachMe, CentralReach’s HIPAA compliant chat messaging tool, you can communicate with other employees in your organization, real-time. ReachMe can be accessed from the main menu.

SESSIONS

The Sessions module provides access to the client’s data and non data collection branches, for tracking of skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals in one centralized location. The Sessions module can be accessed from the main menu or from the Schedule Details. **Please note that Criteria Advancement is not supported on this version of CR Go. Note: Group Sessions coming soon.

SESSIONS: OFFLINE MODE To enable offline data collection, swipe left within the client’s Session while you have data connectivity, and then disable carrier and/or WIFI data on the device. The Session along with all graphs, comments and videos, will be stored locally in the device and will be automatically synced into CentralReach as soon as you regain data connectivity. Please note that if the data is not graphed, it will not be synced, and that Criteria Advancement is not supported during offline mode.

DATA SHEET The Data Sheet shows all the targets/programs in the client’s Data Sheet, and provides access to both data and non data collection branches. Goals can be viewed as: ●

Index View: displays targets with corresponding parent branch



Tree View: displays targets in learning tree view with short term and long term goals

Tap to open/close short term and long term goals

Tap to restart the timer and start a new Session

SESSIONS: DATA SHEET TIMER The Data Sheet timer tracks the time spent working on the Data Sheet. You must tap play to start collecting data. Any data collected without starting the Session will not sync to CentralReach.

Note: the time recorded in the Data Sheet is not connected to the Schedule module for timesheet tracking and conversion.

SESSIONS: INDEX/NET VIEW CentralReach goals that are set to NET Session type from the branch details are available in CR Go. If new branches are added while the Session is in progress, or to get new targets based on Criteria Advancement, graph your targets, go back to the Sessions list and reload the client’s Session for the branches to be refreshed in the Data Sheet. Note: data collection branches set to “Trials” or “Routine” are not yet available in CR Go.

SESSIONS: VIDEO RECORDING Tap the camera on the Index/NET View to securely record videos. Videos can be titled and shared with colleagues who are connected to the client. Videos recorded in CR Go are stored in the Files module within CentralReach, are owned by the Client and created by the Provider.

SESSIONS: PINNED VIEW Pinned View is available on the bottom of the Index/NET View and provides quick access to highly recurring behaviors. Tap the pin to open, swipe left and right to change targets, or swipe up to see all the items in the pinned view at once. Please note that custom prompts are not supported at this time in CR Go. SESSIONS: GRAPH To graph a goal, swipe left on the target in the Index/NET View, or tap the > icon next to the goal name and then tap the graph icon on the top right corner. To graph in bulk, tap Graph All next to the timer on the Session’s Data Sheet. If the data is not graphed, and the Session

is paused, the data will be saved locally on the device until graphed. If the data is not graphed, and you End Session, the data will be lost.

SESSIONS: TARGET INSTRUCTIONS Any Instructions, Details and Comments can be viewed for each target in CR Go. Instructions show the description of a target and accompanying Instructional Notes. Instructional Notes will be shown from parent goals.

SESSIONS: TARGET DETAILS Details shows a graph of the last three data points, recent phase change lines, as well as recently graphed information and trial activity.

SESSIONS: TARGET COMMENTS Comments show all comments added pertaining the target. Comments can also be added by swiping right on the target. These comments are saved in the corresponding Learning Tree branch.
