The Islands High School Veterinary Science Camp is a great way for middle school students to explore the career field of veterinary science. This camp is designed to teach students about the world of veterinary medicine, while also integrating fun activities alongside their peers and student leaders. Students in the camp will have up-close and personal experiences with our wide array of small animals here at the school. They will learn many skills and techniques used in the veterinary profession, such as bandaging, suturing, and handling procedures, while also having the opportunity to learn from and talk to licensed veterinarians in the Savannah area. This camp is an excellent, fun opportunity for students to establish some basic veterinary skills, and if your child is interested in animals and the veterinary field, this camp is definitely for you!
