The Junior Researcher Lab of the 2016 ISPIM Innovation Forum in Boston will be bringing together junior researchers from all over the world. If you are currently doing a PhD, considering doing one, or just graduated - the ISPIM Junior Researcher Lab is for you! There is also an opportunity for you to get a scholarship to the event. The Community is organised to serve as a platform for young career researchers and PhD students to meet, collaborate, exchange experiences and network with other colleagues. It is also a platform to meet with leading researchers and practitioners in the field. It is essentially a Community to share ideas and resources while providing valuable support in dealing with the challenges of completing a PhD in innovation management as well as getting started with a post-PhD Career. This Community has already connected over 200 early stage innovation scholars globally making ISPIM one of the most rapidly growing innovation communities for junior researchers. Various career options inside and outside academia will be discussed. This session is aimed at guiding participants on planning their future career and next post-PhD steps.
