Team Building Event for 65 at Ashtree Farm The Brief: A full day offsite for 65 team members. It should be fun and enjoyable, as well as having an element of team building

Our events team decided to split the group into 10 teams to take part in a multi activity event rotating round five different activities, three before lunch and two after. We doubled up on the number of instructors and kit to ensure everybody enjoyed as much time participating as possible.
Objectives: With a good vibe in the office already, the client wanted to make sure this continued during the coming months. They also wished to cement relationships within the teams.

During all activities, individuals and teams were to be scored, finishing with a fun, banter-filled results session and prize giving at the end of the afternoon.
