1. Call to Order 2. Review Fire Apparatus (fire engine) Bid Proposals and Award - As referenced at the Selectmen’s meeting on January 23rd, the Fire Department Truck Committee has worked diligently over the past nine (9) months to develop a set of specifications for an engine that meets the needs and requirements of our community. Through this process, the committee convened numerous times, met with various vendors and reviewed multiple demonstrator engines. Following these many steps of due diligence, and after careful analysis of the benefits offered by each manufacturer, Chief Rowe and members of the Truck Committee will be presenting their findings and recommendations to the Board of Selectmen. This matter is being addressed in a Special Meeting of the Board due to the time sensitivity, and related costs savings, associated with the bid award. 3. Discuss Any Other Business 4. Adjournment
