Summary Unknown male suspect was seen taking bike parts. Victim sold an item online but he payment that was received was fraudulent. Maurice Harmon, 55, of Lincoln was contacted at location and arrested for several warrants. Booked at South Placer Jail. Joseph Yankovich, 42, of Sacramento was contacted at location and arrested for a warrant. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Booked at South Placer Jail. Lance Hiscutt, 37, of Lincoln, was contacted at location and found to be in possession of credit cards, checks, counterfeit currency, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and burglary tools.
