JANUARY 2018 The Saddle Brook Senior Center is available for Saddle Brook Residents 55 years and older.
The Mayor's Youth Group met December 20th at the Saddle Brook Senior Center for pizza and desserts before going out to judge the houses that entered the holiday decorating contest.
The following houses have won the contest: 3rd Place 24 Garden St. 2nd Place 150 Skillman Terrace 1st Place 83 Strathmore Terrace
December 13th was not just an ordinary bingo day. Players enjoyed a free hot dog lunch before the games began. If you too would like to be a part of the senior center and all the activities we have to offer, come see us at 8 Caldwell Avenue. Between 8:30 and 3:30 p.m.

Garlicky Lamb Chops Ingredients • • • • • •
Directions 1. On a large plate, combine rose-
1/4 c. freshly chopped rosemary 5 cloves garlic, minced kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 lb. small lamb chops, trimmed of fat 1 tbsp. extravirgin olive oil
mary and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Press lamb chops into mixture and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add lamb chops and cook 4 minutes per side.
3. Serve.
