All applications will be accepted, female and ethnic applicants especially encouraged. BNI Multimedia Group is seeking a Project Manager. This post is to perform full time at least for a period of one year. This post is suitable for someone who has already experience with news room management, multimedia production; social media focus content production, ethnic, peace and youth affairs, etc. Salary would be based on local NGO rates of Yangon. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will gain a wide range of valuable experience for this position. Roles and responsibilities - To work for UNFPA funded Youth Media Program that will implement by BNI. - To take responsibility for Media Production of Youth and Peace focus contents for social media targeted audiences together with chief editor. - To produce Youth focus contents for social media. - To set-up media team in different areas and manage for outputs. - To arrange training for media team. - To develop creative idea and using tech tool for telling youth stories to the audiences. - To monitor media output of different teams from different areas to be complete targeted baseline. - To compose quarterly report for output and outcome. - To travel domestic for recruitment and monitoring.
Qualifications - Might have 4 skill of Burmese language and English language. - Must have experience as Editor, Sub-Editor, or Chief Reporter. - Must have strong commitment for youth focus media contents production. - Must have insight on Youth, Ethnic affairs, Peace Process etc. - Must have good interpersonal skills and public relation. - Must have good team management and IT skills.
- Must have willingness to travel frequently. - Must have commitment to perform the job on full time basis and willing to work online for breaking events
