POSITION PURPOSE     

To manage and source the lowest possible prices for suppliers services To ensure quality of suppliers services To develop a range of contacts and ongoing supply of quality suppliers to meet the company needs To ensure purchasing information being updated on company systems. To provide outstanding customer service to TMG/Buffalo Tours internal and external customers

JOB SPECIFICATIONS Accountabilities Negotiate yearly and/or periodic contracts with all suppliers in Vietnam

Responsibilities 

  Develop and manage good working relationship with suppliers

Ensure the efficiency of administrative procedures

  

Ensure customer service to internal (colleagues, local guides, leaders, Thien Minh Group personnel) and external customers (hotels and

Strategic negotiations by identifying synergy (cross department, TM co companies, FAM trips, brochure contribution, etc.) to reduce Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Achieve lowest possible prices against benchmarking Credit facility secured for 100% of preferred suppliers and 60% of non nonpreferred suppliers Educate and align suppliers with Buffalo Tours rs standards, practices, emergency handling process and health & safety requirements Regularly attend supplier events & host suppliers at Buffalo Tours premi premises to meet key sales staff Provide supplier presentations to sales team Conduct bi-annually bi annually supplier performance review for key suppliers & Pr Provide suppliers with recommendations for future improvement Implement Purchasing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and te templates as required Ensure purchasing information updated on company systems within 24 hours or according to business requirements Upload contracts of suppliers onto BRS system Provide timely and accurate information and support to internal customers and external customers Ensure inquiries/complaints being handled within 24 hours or according to business requirements Target no complaint from internal/external customers

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS Knowledge    

Graduate Travel industry course and/or experience ex within travel industry Experience in purchasing or business to business negotiation would be an advantage Excellent written and spoken English
