Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of one of the largest teams in Reed Exhibitions. We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, who has excellent account management skills and a passion for all things digital. You will need to maintain the relationship with the central digital team as well as with our Marketing Managers around the globe in order to ensure the WTM portfolio and channels are embedded in best practise, are consistent and deliver against our objectives. You will be a customer focused, ambitious, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for all things digital and the ability to use your knowledge to help take our digital offering to the next level. Key Responsibilities: 

Create and deliver an integrated, multi-channel schedule which brings together best practise design, content and functionality in order to deliver against show and portfolio objectives and drive consistency



Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the WTM portfolio websites (8+) and social channels, ensuring growth in traffic and engagement against agreed KPIs



Direct line management & development of 1 Digital Marketing Executive and 1 Digital Marketing Assistant (FTC)



Develop and implement a structured approach to content creation and delivery, introducing portfolio-wide, multi-channel, campaigns which drive revenue and KPI growth



Improve website SEO, improving site(s) visibility and ranking and ultimately leading to increased traffic and sales



Work with Digital Marketing to introduce new products and offers which drive revenue and engagement, ensuring there’s a standard approach and consistent application



Work with digital marketing to introduce a standardised approach to website creation, introducing best practise in order to simplify the user journey and generate a greater return



Support the development of the mobile app offering, working with Digital Marketing to create and deliver great solutions which are customer focussed and deliver against key USPs



Responsibility for the creation and delivery of all audio and video content throughout the event cycle, and hands-on management of the on-site(s) production team



Provide strategic insight, analysis and reporting where necessary with responsibility for monthly status and analytics reports and in-depth post-show analysis



Manage our selected agencies, across social, PR and video, ensuring they deliver on time and to budget



Work with the portfolio marketing & sales teams and the Digital Revenue Manager to develop online sponsorship and revenue opportunities to grow our offering in this space

Key areas of Expertise         

You will have at least 3 years digital marketing experience with an emphasis on content creation and delivery Strong knowledge in how to create content which drives KPIs and revenue Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and good organisational skills Strong line management experience Extensive knowledge of CMS systems, SEO and user journeys Working knowledge of graphic design, UX and website development Good online experience in a commercial environment Strong reporting skills with the ability to communicate technical data Management experience
