Job Description Job Title: Senior Research Engineer Department & Team: Development – Machine Intelligence Research Location: Hyderabad, India Job Reports to: Group Director Job Summary This is a research and development position on the Machine Intelligence Research (MIR) team of the CTO organization. The team is tasked with providing leadership in advanced research ideas in the areas of Deep Learning, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, Text Analytics and Speech Processing to prepare Genesys for the next generation customer experience software. The team is also responsible for providing state-of-the-art technology for mining information from conversations – be it in the form of speech, emails or chat. Minimum Requirements
M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field with emphasis in deep learning, statistical techniques, machine learning, AI, and NLP Demonstrates strong analytical skills and innovative research in the areas of interest Strong working knowledge of DNN and NLP toolkits such as Keras and TensorFlow 2+ years relevant research experience in industry or academia Experience working as an integral part of a larger research team
