Job Description:

Field all initial calls from potential Franchisees (usually existing Principals of schools) Host open days for potential new Franchisees Do initial site visit to check viability Set up and facilitate recruitment day Arrange final site visits before sign up with infrastructure upgrades person for quotes Secure deposit payments Map out orders for each new school Work through Disclosure Document with final recruit Work through Franchise Agreement with final recruit Complete the new Franchisee file Oversee upfront inventory check Manage the implementation process at new schools with Education Mentor Schools o Annual new schools orders for set up o Bi-annual ordering of replacement equipment o Quarterly consumable’s orders o Other supplier orders o Tracking Printing orders Stationary orders

Monthly principal mentoring Oversee the delivery of all training interventions: o Education training (8 weeks over 4 months) o Life skills training for all franchise owners - 5 Modules Manage education field staff for the region Get weekly feedback from staff and create an action plan per school Visit problem schools when necessary Children reports - oversee process - biannually Teacher evaluations - oversee process - biannually Inventory checks - oversee process - biannually Annual quality assurance assessment of entire ECD centre o Ensure appropriate classroom layout o Ensure health and hygiene standards are maintained

FINANCIAL MENTORING:

 Financial Mentor / Staff Management: (Initially done by PM in the future recruit a Financial Mentors)
