FUNCTION: The Coordinator Creative Projects with Shared Hope International (SHI) is an integral member of the Growth Strategies team, responsible for executing digital and other creative projects, and assists the Director of Growth Strategies with donor attraction, engagement and conversion activities. Her/his primary responsibility is developing creative digital content showcasing SHI’s mission, leadership and value and developing and coordinating SHI’s online outreach aimed to engage and empower our stakeholder audiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Develop and implement state-of-the-art online programs that raise awareness, engage donors, drive

action, and foster community. 2. Engage in storytelling activities that highlight SHI’s value and program successes. Surface and advance inspired topics that highlight and tie into key messages across applications. 3. Develop and implement digital and social media projects (e.g. video, infographics, Google Analytics, website, emails, social media, blogs) that align with SHI’s growth strategies and programs, and that build overall brand awareness and engagement. 4. Analyze web and social media metrics and suggest solutions to boost presence and drive desired outcomes. 5. Accurately completes ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Director of Growth Strategies. OTHER DUTIES: 1. Assists with special projects and events as needed 2. Willing to work evening and weekend hours for speaking and community events as needed. 3. Willing to travel to extended local areas as needed. Travel approximately 10% of time. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field. 3. Videography and video editing experience required. 4. Proficiency with MS Office suite of products, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator or and/or other graphics software is required. Backend and SalesForce experience with websites is desired. Experience with Pardot or similar email service provider system is desired. 5. Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools, social and digital media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Flickr, etc.), and Google Grants. 6.
