Job Purpose Applying Human Factors and Psychology through consultancy and research based projects to external clients. To support the delivery of HF projects, developing and delivering solutions for a variety of clients. This is a varied role that would suit either an Ergonomist with a background in cognitive psychology, or a Psychologist with a background in HF, looking to progress their Human Factors career to the next level and develop the role within the organisation. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of applied experience and needs to be competent working on HMI/HCI.

Main Duties Employing best practice HF principles & methodologies. Proficiency in a range of HF analysis techniques, interface design, system design, HCI, conceptual design and relevant HF software/hardware is essential. Tendering and technical report writing for HF projects. Gaining a full understanding of client requirements and developing appropriate solutions. Good customer-facing and team-working skills to work independently and collaboratively team to deliver projects to clients. To assist with associated tasks as required by the CEO.
