About the Business Area/Department Xafinity SIP Services administers pension scheme for over four thousand SIPP and SSAS clients with around £1.5bn in assets. We’ve been administering SSAS since 1979 and SIPP since 2004.

Main duties and responsibilities • •

To provide an excellent Customer Service to all our clients To Manage a Portfolio of SIPP’s the key areas being → To meet and exceed on Customer Expectations whilst maintaining department Service Standards → Portfolio is run in accordance with Fee Management principles → Completion of Pension Scheme Returns Ensure the Quality of your work is of a very high standard and meets Department Standards Work as part of a team and provide coaching and guidance to fellow colleagues Participate in any Project Work and Team Meetings Ensure that all customer requests are logged and dealt with appropriately Provide customers with clear information and documentation when requested Have an awareness of all types of Self Investment : the initial aspects of Member Benefits including Transfers, Retirements, Deaths, Divorce, Protection, Lifetime and Annual Allowance Use Portfolio Management Information to ensure you understand more about your clients needs Actively update Swift plus all relevant databases Ensure department procedures are followed at all times Actively make recommendations to continually improve the Departments work processes ensuring we constantly strive to deliver an even better service to the customer
