POSITION PURPOSE The Supporter Accounts Officer is responsible for the maintenance of the donor database, including the appropriate receipting of incoming funds using the SalesForce, SUN and web based fundraising platforms and communicating with donors and other stakeholders as needed. ADRA MISSION STATEMENT ADRA works with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change through empowering partnerships and responsible action. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintain and input supporter donation details in Salesforce and assist in ensuring all processes protect the integrity of the database 2. Process all donations and receipts 3. Reconcile between different financial reporting tools & payment platforms 4. Perform regular audits of database and modify processes as necessary 5. Produce supporter and financial reports using the CRM and accounting software 6. Work with the finance team to ensure general ledger receipting exports are completed 7. Respond to donor inquiries and concerns including program funding, progress, and activities 8. Contribute to the development and implementation of a Corporate Donor Strategy 9. Assist the fund raising team with donor communications from time to time 10. Identify appropriate donor information that may assist the role of the Key Relationship Manager 11. Liaise with the programs and marketing teams to keep abreast of world events and ADRA’s response to these events to ensure funds are correctly directed 12. Perform other duties as designated by the Chief Financial Officer KEY PROCESSES 1. Maintains the donations segment in “Salesforce” CRM Database 2. Assists with maintaining the integrity of the database by reconciling Salesforce financial records and SUN System representative ledger accounts. KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY 1. Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer 2. Authority as agreed with Chief Financial Officer, but not exceeding the Manager’s authority DRAFT

A personal commitment to ADRA's mission, vision and beliefs and willingness to communicate ADRA's mission to the Seventh-day Adventist Church constituency and general public within the defined tasks of the job description 2. A minimum of two years of employment based experience in the use of CRM software (preferably Salesforce) Microsoft Excel and Word as well as general ledger software 3. A relevant certificate or diploma in bookkeeping or accounting 4. Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters and deliver a high level of customer service to donors 5. Ability to work in a team environment, but also with well-developed interpersonal skills to work autonomously as required 6. High competency in verbal and written communication skills 7. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Desirable 1. Prior experience in managing and maintaining database records and preparing statistical reports 2. Ability to engage and communicate with people of various backgrounds and ages 3. Ability to work in a multi-task environments and coordinate several assignments simultaneously

Appointed by Chief Executive Officer Term This is an appointed position and is subject to a probationary period of six months. Statement of Disclosure The nature of ongoing employment within ADRA is dependent on financial contributions from ADRA’s support base and other funding organisations. Whilst ADRA has benefited from positive growth and stability, it is to be recognised that the level of financial support is of a fluctuating nature.
