Description of role: We’re looking for a brand rockstar who will be responsible for assisting the brand manager in creating and executing marketing strategies, marketing activities and communication campaigns. This role requires someone who is good with content and can bust out a blog, podcast or video on the go. Creative experience and ability is required but the job will also entail some operational administration. The candidate will need to be agile and fall in love with data driven marketing. Communication campaigns include social media, digital platforms, events and print media.

Responsibilities • Assistance and maintenance of the brands' social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn • Coordinate the design, development, and content creation for email, blog and social media portals • Do copywriting and guide design for all relevant campaigns and marketing assets. • Content distribution across digital platforms • Assist in the organising of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success • Liaison with other areas of the business including operations, finance, client engagement and digital assets. • Provide a wide variety of operational support • Communicating with partners and developing and managing positive client relationships • Embracing company culture and contributing to internal marketing and communications • Analyse and report on customer behaviour, advise on opportunities to enhance existing strategies and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Group requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in email sending and content management platforms such as Hubspot Numerical and communication skills. Excellent written English – writing experience is essential. Computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel. Skilled in social media/online marketing. Minimum one year experience in the field. Mature, creative individual Ability to handle pressure Advantageous: video production experience, understanding of Photoshop
