JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Accounts Coordinator, Donor Services Supervisor: Director of Programs Schedule: Full-time Expected starting date: As soon as possible ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION Founded in 2009, LIN Center for Community Development is a not-for-profit, nongovernmental organization. Its mission is to provide support services to local nonprofit organizations (NPOs), skilled volunteers, and donors who are committed to building strong communities. LIN provides support to locally initiated not-for-profit organizations and groups that seek to improve access to opportunities for disadvantaged populations. Such support could include capacity building, small grants, NPOs-skilled matching, resource and information sharing and network building. POSITION DESCRIPTION The LIN Center for Community Development is seeking a high caliber candidate for the position of Accounts Coordinator for Donor Services. This person is responsible for coordinating LIN activities that leverage the linkages between the donor community and locally based not-for-profit organizations. The Accounts Coordinator is in charge of proper execution of all Donor Services related activities. He/she will implement the marketing and communications strategy for Donor Services, ensuring a positive profile for the organization, while support LIN activities toward building a stronger community. RESPONSIBILITIES The primary roles and responsibilities of the Accounts Coordinator include:  Donor Advisory Services – Work with supervisor and Consultants to negotiate, develop, manage and execute contracts with LIN clients; strategically link with LIN not-for-profit activities where aligned.  Client/Project Coordination – Network, establish and maintain a solid relationship with prospective donors, LIN clients, consultants, external partners and/or other stakeholders.  Event Coordination – The Accounts Coordinator will take full responsiblities for the execution of “LIN, Where are we going?” and other special events as follow:  “LIN, Where are we going?” events: - Meet with clients to plan for events - Contact eligible NPOs to enlist them in the event - Prepare, support and follow-up with NPOs participating in an event. - Coordinate with clients to prepare materials for an event. - Track and record postings of participating teams during an event; - Prepare short reports on each event (outputs, outcomes, NPO/participant feedback).  Donor Services special events: - Provide administrative and logistical support for events, including networking and capacity building workshops and information sessions. - Evaluate event results through satisfaction surveys, follow-up interviews, etc. for reporting purposes and improvements for future events.  Marketing & Communications – - Network with prospective clients at local and international events and follow-up. - Along with the LIN management team, attend meetings with prospective clients to promote “LIN, Where are we going?” and other Donor services activities. - Prepare and update marketing materials. - Update LIN website with relevant news, events and other information. - Draft LIN blogs with interesting content to maintain and attract donors. - Coordinate with LIN staff to update Facebook status and upload event info and photos. - Contribute articles for bi-monthly LIN newsletters.

JOB DESCRIPTION  Financial & Administrative Management – - Closely monitor projects budget; - Maintain clear records and submit reports on project work and expenditures to supervisor, as necessary. In addition, the Accounts Coordinator will have administrative duties including the following:  Maintain electronic files, clear hardcopy records and timely submission of reports on project work and expenditures.  Contribute to the project pipeline on a monthly basis (including both internal and external activities).  Translate documents and/or supervise translation by staff and/or volunteers. REQUIREMENTS Education: University degree in social sciences. Experience:  Minimum 3 year related experience in business development, sales, marketing or customer service, especially in the business sector  Public relations and/or project coordination experience (desired)  Familiarity with community development, CSR, NPOs and related issues (desired)  Experience writing articles and/or marketing materials. Skills:  Must be highly organized and able to plan work without much supervision  Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure  Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in Vietnamese and English  Ability to network and communicate effectively with various audiences including senior level professionals, heads of companies/organizations and potentially high-profile individuals  Independent thinker with strong ability to analyze and solve problem  Good computer skills and Web 2.0 savvy OTHER REQUESTS  Vietnamese citizen.  Flexible and willing to work both independently as part of a team.  Dynamic, pro-active and results oriented.  High work ethics and integrity.  Confidentiality – Employees must sign a confidentiality agreement and may not share organizational materials without the express written permission from a supervisor; and  Respect – LIN Center aims to always show respect and appreciation for our Staff and we ask all our staff show the same respect for members of the team, our clients and our volunteers.
