Role The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing and supporting assigned international clients on an around the clock basis, resulting in total client satisfaction. In this role, you will manage and troubleshoot to find solutions to client reported issues related to all Airborne and Mobile products across all product aspects including operational planning, system operations, data processing/analysis, along with system level understanding for troubleshooting and client assistance purposes.
Responsibilities
Manage client issues to resolution using your technical experience as well as by using available internal expertise.
Process, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot, client data with the end goal of providing a solution to a client issue.
Communicate with clients in a clear, concise and professional manner as required to meet their expectations in order to provide status updates on any issues they have reported.
Record and log each client interaction by inputting and tracking all communications, problems and requests within the company database.
Meet or exceed the response timelines within support contracts when supporting assigned customer base. Consult with internal subject matter experts as required managing issue to client’s satisfaction and escalating to hardware and engineering as necessary while retaining management and responsibility for the issue.
Work as a team member to assist other Client Solutions Managers as necessary.
Continually increase knowledge across all aspects of Airborne and Mobile system to become self-sufficient and to minimize or eliminate your technical reliance on available internal company resource assets.
Provide solutions to client issues related to survey planning, system operations and data processing.
Provide client training as necessary and as contracted.
Processing of local client support flights.
Independently recognize the need and arrange for technical training to increase your ability to service your clients.
Communicate regularly and proactively with client base to understand their needs for our products to meet or exceed their needs.
Provide suggestions to improve products based on your general experience servicing our clients.
Capture and escalate client system enhancements requests to appropriate product managers.
Occasional travel required to service client base.

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Geomatic Engineering, Mathematics or 5-7 years of related experience with geospatial products and data processing
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Independent but able to work as a strong team member
Strong communication skills
Strong problem solving
Ability to manage multiple international clients simultaneously
Excellent time management skills
Experience with Teledyne Optech sensor systems and software applications
Experience with the following: Microstation, Terrasolid, PosPac and various LiDAR viewing applications.
