Job Description: Provide customer service to new and existing internet customers. Answer customer calls and provide a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner. Calls include selling Spiral Communications services, resolving billing concerns, basic level 1 troubleshooting, escalating advanced troubleshooting service issues, coordinate schedule for installation technicians, and ensure validity of customers inside of our customer management and support ticket system. Specific Responsibilities: ● Interact with customers by telephone, e-mail, mail and ticket system. ● Answer customer inquiries and solve problems regarding billing, services and products. ● Assess customer needs and interests in order to present Spiral Communication’s products and services. ● Utilize appropriate sales and retention guidelines to properly process customer requests to add or disconnect services. ● Scheduling new installs, service calls and new phone customers ● Adding new customers ● Basic troubleshooting ● Assist District Manager with daily tasks ● Demonstrate courtesy and patience in customer relations. ● Escalate device/connection troubleshooting issue to 2nd Level Tech. ● Receive and process customer payments, office deposits, billing issues ● Perform said tasks efficiently and effectively Preferred Skills/Experience: ● High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. ● 1 + years related experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills. Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. Data entry and computer experience required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.
