Maintain and grow the Grassroots Club – a small dollar, recurring donation program – through developing and implementing strategies both individually and with the RPT Grassroots Club Committee
Interface with vendors to navigate their scripts through our process and make that they have all the donor information from our system that they need
Work with Executive Director (ED) and consultants to identify fundraising event opportunities, secure surrogates and locations
Manage events from planning and execution to follow-up
Organize call lists for the chairman in the manner most convenient for the chair
Work to schedule call times and staff the call times as needed
Establish and coordinate meetings with donors and ensure follow-up
Implement and oversee the program for thank you notes to donors
Work with ED to create sponsorship packages for convention to meet established fundraising goals
Manage VIP, sponsors and VIP Space at state convention
