High School /Middle School Tennis Sessions (120 min) Sessions 1: June 19-30, 2017. Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (match play) Cost- $110 per session. $21 drop in.
This clinic focuses on keeping a competitive edge during the summer season. Skills include dynamic stretching, high-speed footwork patterns, racquet skills for specialty shots, and under-pressure shot selection. Sign up at the Athletic Club Desk for one session or all four sessions. Intro to Tennis Clinic (60 min) We make the fundamentals easy to understand with a breakdown of the tennis swing and court positioning. Get back into the game you once had or find that new tennis player within you.
Little Tennis Session (5-7 year olds) (45 min) Session, June 24-July 22, 2017. Saturdays, 12:00-12:45pm Cost - $60 full session. $15 drop in.
Start learning the game of Tennis with a fun filled session of games , drills and skills. Graduated length racquets and pressureless balls used with smaller nets all help the learning process. Pre-register at AC Desk.
Pickleball Open Court (90 min) Join the group and learn one of the fastest growing racquet sports! Open to all. Matchs will be set up to the level of play. Tennis Members/Inn Guests: No fee. AC Member: $5.00. Non-Member: $10.00
Shot of the Day Clinic (60 min) Intro to Pickleball Clinic (60 min) Anyone can learn the fastest- growing racquet sport in the world. Short courts, slower-paced and fun and social, pickleball can be played inside or out. Bring your enthusiasm and sneakers. We have the rest!
Friendship Cup – June 16-18, 2017 50th Annual International Cup match between USA and Canadian Players. Come and watch some great matches!
Each week we will pick a “card or cards” (shots) from our deck of 52 tennis shots. We will then break down the shots, learn the correct execution, and hit a ton of them!
