The Happy Stitchers meet at 1:00 pm every Thursday at the senior center. They make blankets for patients at local hospitals. Donations for craft stores or yarn is appreciated. 3 Step Cheesecake INGREDIENTS 2²80z. packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( softened) 1²1/2 cup of sugar 1²1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 1² 6 ounce ready²to² use graham cracker crust INSTRUCTIONS Heat oven to 325 degrees Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla with mixer until blended and pour into crust. Baker 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Then cool and refrigerate for 3 hours Serve with berries on top for an extra special yummy touch
