‘Rosianna Ceilidh Band’ ‘Rosianna’ was formed in 1992 after being inspired by their good friends ‘The Stubblejumpers’. Originally formed from members of ‘The Bootleggers Band’ who played for the Scunthorpe based Appalachian Dance display team, ‘The Bootleggers’.

Over the years they have played at many prestigious local venues such as Bishops Palace in Lincoln, Gainsborough Old Hall and Cave Castle as well as many Scunthorpe venues such as Normanby Hall, Redbourn Club, Brumby Hall, St Hugh’s Church Hall as well as many local and not so local venues. They also played at Doncaster Folk Festival and Gainsborough Folk Festival as well as doing fund raisers for Lindsey Lodge and Children In Need and the Great Britain Ladies Aussie Rules Football Team.
