We are in the process of developing customized shower enclosure in India. This will endows an extra edge to our channel partners to cater the market. As the country's biggest tax reform, Goods and Services Tax (GST) would enhance the ease of doing business in India and improve tax compliance. Oyster Baths fully support GST and have implemented GST-compliance measures across our supply chain to ensure quick and efficient delivery by without changing the old price of our products for end users.

Marketing Activity Plumber Meet at Indore & Jodhpur In a bid to make plumbers more familiar with the product range so that they can deliver complete customer satisfaction and enhance business growth, two plumber meets were held in Indore and Jodhpur. These meets organized in collaboration with our authorized dealer SS Ceramica in Indore and Vinyog bath Jodhpur provided a wonderful opportunity for plumbers community to scale up the knowledge and enhance the competency level of plumbers with respect to Oyster products. More than 50 plumbers participated in each event.

Dealer Staff Training Session To impart knowhow about the product features and have a clear understanding of product mechanism, Mr. Manoj Lal conducted training sessions for dealer staff so that they can service and meet the expectations of the customers in a better way. The training session, held at ABC Emporio, Kannur provided a wealth of knowledge to the staff members about providing better service and meeting the expectations of the customers.

Oyster Achievers Award The Annual Meet of Oyster Bath was held at Manesar. The meet provided a wonderful platform where the sales team from all region participated and every regional manager presented their progress report to the top management. Company directors addressed the employees and also shared new ideas and directions for the company and encouraged teams to turn market challenges into new opportunities by offering right solutions to the customers. Best performer were also rewarded with trophies and certificates.

We will Miss You Subrata Saha

We are saddened by the sudden demise of our dear colleague Mr Subrata Saha, a member of Oyster Family in a tragic accident on 25th June. He was based at Siliguri territory, West Bengal. Oyster family conveys our deepest sympathy to the family of Subrata Saha. Subrata Saha was a wonderful person and a dedicated employee. He always welcomed every challenge with great enthusiasm. Siliguri is a small territory and he took the challenge to develop that territory and he proved himself. He worked so sincerely that he developed the territory from zero to one crore. We know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives but in the hearts of all those who knew him. We have not only lost a dedicated employee but also a family member and a generous personality. Subrata will always remain with our hearts, and Oyster will always remember you for your achievements and dedication. We stand together in support of his family during this difficult time.
