Junior/Graduate Test Engineer As a leader in IoT connectivity solutions , AMIHO Technology designs wireless control and communications products for smart energy, automation and Internet of Things. We are a fastgrowing team of highly dedicated hardware and software engineers delivering large scale deployment of new IoT connectivity. Working in our Cambridge office you will join a small but expanding team, in a relaxed and friendly environment. You will be inquisitive, highly motivated and happy to work with a high degree of autonomy on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects. There will be opportunity to extend the role into areas such as production automated testing. You will devise test methods and test plans, and conduct unit tests using a mixture of automated and manual test tools. You will be able to develop and extend script-based test programs to create a comprehensive and repeatable test environment. You will record and report the results and work with the developers to improve product quality. You may also assist with customer problems, product specifications and system integration for novel applications.

Good technical communication skills Good problem-solving abilities A methodical and thorough approach to work A commitment to quality and customer care Experience of scripting languages such as TCL, Perl or Python A degree or equivalent experience

Highly Desirable: • • • • • •

C, C++, Visual C++, Delphi, Python programming languages Experience of Linux Experience with using and programming the Raspberry Pi Knowledge of electronics and radio communications Knowledge of IP networking and communication protocol stacks Experience of bug reporting systems, especially Bugzilla

Additional Information Our customers are located throughout Europe, as well as India and the USA. As part of the job there may be the opportunity to travel within Europe and beyond. The ability to speak a foreign language is not necessary but would be welcomed. The preferred candidate should have several years of embedded programming experience, preferably for machine-to-machine communications.
