KATHY JOHNSON-BROWNLEE COOK AT THE COMMONS This week on our Feature Friday segment, we sat down with Kathy, one of our cooks at The Commons, to ask her a few questions about her life, hobbies & more. Here’s what she had to say:
Where are you from? KATHY: I’m from Detroit, Michigan. I moved to Birmingham in 2012. How long have you worked for Campus Dining? KATHY: I’ve been here about 5 years. What do you enjoy most about your job? KATHY: Making sure the students and our customers are happy and satisfied. I enjoy seeing a smile on their face because of the service I am providing. What do you enjoy doing in your free time? KATHY I like to ride horses, go swimming, visit the beach and travel in general. What are three adjectives to describe yourself? KATHY: Fun, humorous and spontaneous. If you could travel anywhere, where would go? KATHY: I would visit Dubai to experience the culture and scenery. If you had a super hero power, what would it be? KATHY: I would be super strong. What is your favorite food? KATHY: Calamari.
