Overview of Itinerary: Day 1: Kilimanjaro airport / Arusha Flight from Johannesburg to Kilimanjaro airport. Transfer to Arusha Town. Overnight: Lake Duluti Serena Hotel Day 2: Arusha / Lake Manyara National Park Transfer to Lake Manyara NP, and game drives in the park. Overnight: Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge. Day 3: Lake Manyara NP / Serengeti National Park Transfer to Serengeti NP, with after noon game drive. Overnight: Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge . Day 4 & 5: Serengeti NP Full day on game drives in the Serengeti. (Balloon Safari - optional) Overnight: Same as on day 3. Day 6: Serengeti NP / Ngorongoro Crater Morning game drive in Serengeti NP en-route and transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater. Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Descend 600 m into the crater for a half-day crater tour. Ascent to the crater rim. Overnight: Neptune Ngorongoro Lodge. Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater / Kilimanjaro airport Drive to Kilimanjaro airport. Flight back to Johannesburg
