Lake Michigan Mailers Scholarship Application 2016-2017 Collegiate Academic Year Summary: Lake Michigan Mailers Scholarship: Awarded to an outstanding male or female graduating senior who plans to attend a four-year college or university to major in business, business management, or entrepreneurship. The successful applicant will have demonstrated the following:
A cumulative G.P.A. of not less than 3.5 (non-weighted) as verified by the high school Meaningful involvement in community service Meaningful involvement in school-based extracurricular activities

Award Amount: A single, one-time award of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) will be awarded to the winning student no later than July 1, 2015. Funds will be made payable to both the student and the student’s four-year college or university. Funds will be dispersed no later than 30-days prior to the first day of class of the first fall term as identified by the student. This award is non-renewable, nontransferable. This award may not be postponed or split. Funds must be applied to students first year of enrollment. Funds that cannot be dispersed will be forfeited. In the event of a forfeit, an alternative winner will not be selected. All forfeited funds will remain with Lake Michigan Mailers, Inc. All decisions of Lake Michigan Mailers, Inc. are final.
