There is also a training room, located next to the sound room, for parents with young children to use during any service. Family News The Ladies Prayer Group that meets on the second Saturday of each month, will meet on the first Saturday in October only, at 10am. We ‘d love to see you there. Please remember that our Ladies Thursday Bible class has began again. They meet every Thursday at 10am. There will be a Bridal Shower for Hannah Fitzsimmons at Lakeview on Saturday, October 13th beginning at 10:30am. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your prayers. I feel the power of prayer. I also want to thank everyone for your kindness. You are not just my church, you are my family. Don Langeliers The Lakeview family of God has been a rich blessing to us in our ministry in the 80’s and especially now since we have begun a new work with you. The outpouring of love during the loss of Rowena's father and the enthusiastic response to me being a part of the ministry staff has been to both of us a taste of heaven. A special thank you to everyone for generously assisting us in getting settled in our new home in Steilacoom. We love you and look forward to a fruitful ministry together. Ronnie & Rowena

Lakeview Youth Group Faith @ Home Trunk or Treat 2019! We are excited to announce that we will be hosting this event for our family and friends on Halloween. This year Halloween takes place on Wednesday, which creates a conflict for us. After much discussion and consideration, the Elders decided that the value of bringing guests on to the Lakeview property is a significant opportunity. Our plan is to really reach out with this event. Ideas for connecting our community will include trunks and candy, but we also want to have activities inside that connect with what Lakeview can really offer. We create a Harvest Fair inside the building. We could also have booths set up that highlight our different ministries, games and maybe a booth could highlight our Wednesday night kids class. When a person visits all the booths and gets their card punched, they get a prize. This is all in the beginning. We need some creative people to join our team and flesh these ideas out. If you are interested in joining this team, please talk to Tony Pierce. We will plan a meeting soon.
