A dry white wine, which reveals a nose of great intensity, with aromas of white flowers and citrus. Fruity mouth, balanced, with a nice acidity. Chardonnay 10.95 48 Macon Villages, Lamblin & Fils, Maligny, Chablis 2015 Pale yellow colour. Intense nose, offering white flower aromas, balanced with some delicate notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, lychee). Nice and fresh in mouth, this Mâcon Villages is well balanced. Granche Blanc-Sauvignon Blanc 8.95 42 Michel Gassier, Cercius Blanc, Costière de Nimes, 2016 Lively and fresh, the aromas of flowers and white fruits, blends with flint. The very soft finish evinces a great deal of minerality +++++++++
