A powerful voice for Wisconsin’s small businesses, NFIB recognized Ryan’s commitment to growing the economy and fixing what’s broken in Washington. In its endorsement release, NFIB leadership praised Paul Ryan for earning a 100 percent score on the NFIB Voting Record for this session of Congress. NFIB Wisconsin State Director, Bill G. Smith has known Paul for years. He added, “Paul Ryan has a solid record as a strong, effective advocate on behalf of the small business owners in Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District. We are grateful for his leadership in Congress, and we are pleased to endorse his candidacy for re-election so he can continue to champion issues vitally important to Wisconsin’s small business community.” The President and CEO of NFIB, Juanita Duggan added, “Paul Ryan is a brilliant legislator and a powerful intellectual force. His lifelong work on tax reform and healthcare reform is deeply thoughtful, highly creative, and keenly sensitive to the needs of small businesses. “Economic growth is his primary focus, and he knows that small business is the key,” she continued. “Our members in every state, but especially Wisconsin, are strongly committed to his reelection.” A copy of the NFIB press release endorsing Paul Ryan – along with other local endorsements – can be found at www.ryanforcongress.com. ###
