If you are a LGBT student or staff member we want to hear from you As part of the University’s commitment to equality and diversity the Diversity and Equal Opportunities Unit is leading research to investigate issues affecting gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender staff and students at the University of Oxford. The research has been initiated by Dr. Felicity Cooke, the University’s Head of Diversity and Equal Opportunities. John McLellan, an independent (and gay) consultant, will be running confidential interviews and group discussions.
