Dear Liam, Ward members, I write with reference to the outline application for 50 units to the land south of Lavendon Road, Olney. This is a resubmission of 15/02299/OUT which was refused for access issues, drainage and lack of s106. The applicant has resubmitted the application seeking to address these issues. I have based the attached on the comments I received from consultees during the previous consultation in February - can you please review the relevant sections of the attached and let me know whether you have any comments of suggested amendments. As we discussed yesterday with the Town Council, if you want to give me comments around the projects coming out of the emerging Neighbourhood Plan and specifically identify any contributions you don’t feel are necessary, so we can seek to allocate these to another priority project (i.e. from burial grounds to health, for example). I’d appreciate comments as soon as possible – can you please let me know when you anticipate you will be in a position to respond. Please let me know if you have any queries, Kind regards, 1
